No Speaker wire so i havent even really thought of how im gonna do terminal's.

If i were to go the bolt route, What type of bolts would i need to use? Id use ring terminals on the bolts, Bolt heads on inside, Silicone, Tighten nut on outside, Then another ring terminal from wires from amp, onto bolt, Then a second nut on the outside of the box, Just incase i had to pull the box, I wouldnt need to pull the subs. But what material bolt would give the best connection for this application?

wat would you suggest? I havent bolted them in yet, But thats what i was planning on running.

And Ldwerd, I was thinking the same, Except i dont have enough room to mount them like that.

Here's my previous Amp rack. The 1606D was flushed with the 3/4" MDF, on the sidewall. Beings my new amp's dimension's are bigger, Im thinking about reusing the wall, Except this time just counter sinking them 3/4" [so its just the curved top partsticking out], And having one on each side. My other option, Is to set it up like a magazine rack, One amp ontop of the other. I seem to like Symetrical, So i think ill go with one on each side, But what do you guys think would be better? Would it hurt to have my sub amp on the shortest run of 1/0 to the bat, Then have a 6" or so 4awg from my dist block, around the trunk, to my Front stage amp?

They look like Drywall screw's, but gold? I think i know what your talking about.
These screws sould hold fairly well. Its into a double baffle.

I dont have any of the Gold screws im thinking about. I do know what your talking about tho. But they look exactly like Drywall screw's, except color.
