2 15" AQ subs or 2 FI Q 15" Subs?

Both are about $250 each which kind of gives you an idea of what I want to spend per sub if you suggest something else.

Going to be running 2 AP15001d to em which will be 1500 watts each.

Rated 1k rms without being broken in...no idea what they are rated at after broken in.

Will be maybe a month or 2 before I buy em but yea...I am the type of person that likes to plan ahead by a good amount lol.

so since you guys didn't bother to ask the O.P. what kinda install it was going in I'm assuming you think the Q will have better SPL and SQ on every single type of music or box over the AQ as long as they are getting equal power since thats all you know at the moment correct?

This... Not that the AQs wont get low, the Qs just do a better job at it.

It all depends on you. Personally, id do the Qs.

off that power level I'd do the Q's. I own both subs and they both can sound very good in the right enclosure. Q is a tad bottom heavy which is good if you listen to a lot of rap. Throw 2k+ at the HDC's and they'll pound...

Ive heard a bunch of AQs and a bunch of Qs. If there will be music played, I would take the Q. I dont care if he is going for a loud daily, daily car that will be on the meter, pure sq, etc. If there will be music played at all, I would take the Q.

The AQs have a weird hollow sound that I cant stand, so basically no matter what I would take the Q.
