how are the wired?

Haha your good beat me to it (above post) Yes they are dual 4, the amp does 1550 Wrms @ 1 ohm(underrated). I also have the Big 3 done. They are wired to 1ohm.

its an MMATS amp its underrated im sure.

Try more power more like 2500rms to them and a 8 cube 35hz and it should be loud

yea sounds like not enought power. matts are under rated but even if it pushes 1750 thats still not enough power

Not really looking to buy another amp at the moment. Should i give a single 15 setup a try? Would it be better than trying to power both of them? Any suggestions ? sub up/port back for single 15 ?

1550 rms though.... so that would mean at least 3000 max ?

What do you consider loud? I should have mine installed today. 1990 2 door blazer. 2 15 L7s in a ported box tuned to 35 hz. Subs up, port back...pretty much just like yours only a smaller box. i think mines about 6.5 cubes....Gonna be running mine off 1500.1.......i can give you some feedback from mine tonight...

get a single 15" box and hook just the one up to the amp

Alright...ill let you know. I dont have a db meter or anything, but i can definetly describe the intensity of the vibrations and what not...should be about 3 to 5 hours.

I dont think that it is either. I have had numerous setups with multiple subs that were under powered gettin way louder than these. For example my Type R setup, not getting nearly enough power from a Power Acoustik 2400db, so im kinda sketchy about building another box for a single 15.

max power does not matter.

and only hooking up on wont notice much difference as it will make the amp at 2 ohms lowering the output

you definately need more power i hade 3200 rms on mine.
