i think you should get rid of all the shit you have, trade your subs for those kickers, then put them on craigslist. then you should sit on your cash and READ READ READ READ. then once you sorta know what youre doing go back and build it right. I have a single 12 thats probably louder than anything youve heard and its because i took the time to do it right and did my share of research.

Bullshit. He should make an impulse buy. Afterward he should decide that he made the right choice based on listening to youtube videos, and then install the system blind-folded and in the dark.

well they are the older models and one of them has the black piece broken so it wont hold the sourround on so i had to fix that and they needed to be reconed.

So, they are old, you'd have to superglue one back together, they both need recones, and even after all that they'd still be square subs. I never thought Id see myself saying this, but Id stick with the BOSS setup.

Easier solution- sell your Boss setup, read around the forum, get a better setup.

well the 2 round twelves are pie r square and the l7's are already square so they would hit way harder especially when your amp puts out square waves which I assume is quite often
