2 12'' Rockford Fosgates Need Help

I have 2 12'' RF that need some major work. Brother in law had these in his house and he was just going to trash them. I dont know how the reconing processe works, and I dont know if its possaible to fix these. The model number is RFS-1812

Should I just scrap them?

uh wow they WERE nice subs back in the day. Good luck with getting them reconed. or try ebay, some old rf guru might want them.
