2 12" se's sealed or 1 12" sx ported

was thinkin of sellin my se's and pickin up 1 12" sx and porting it. my question is should it have about the same output. if it would have less output i would jus wanna keep my se's. im gonna build a nice box for w/e i decide to do so i need yalls help. so would 1 12" sx ported(2.5^2 at ?? hz) b louder or about the same as 2 12" se's sealed in about (.96^3)? thanks.

If u got enuff room u could try doing the 2 se's ported. That would probably be louder IMO then 1 SX ported.

If u got enuff room u could try the ported first because 30$ for a new box is hella cheaper then a new SX.

i think that's wehre you're going to be close. i think the SE 12s would still prevail, to be honest.
