would i get extremely loud with putting the memphis 1500D on my 2 12" L7s or how much more power should i give with out busting them

L7's can take a shit load of power and be allright. You could run them each on one of those 1500D's and they would take it, (with gain a tad down //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif)

In a big 'ol ported box, they should get VERY loud off that power.
