2-12" Alpine Type R's, or DC Sound Lab LVL 4 15"?

Which would be louder on 1400 watts rms the dc sound lab lvl 4 15" on 1400 watts rms or the 2 12" alpine type r's on 700rms each. The box will be 4 cube tuned to 34hz. thanks

i've seen 2 arghs on a orion 2500d, so i wouldnt worry bout too much power, so long as u know how to set your gains correctly.
