2 10" Alpine Type E's on a Orion 1200d?

yay or nay? would it be to much power for the type e's? its a temp set up for right now till i get another car. I have 2 12" type r's but im gona keep the E's in the current car after i get a new one and just get the Alpin 650 for them. thanks for the help..

yes. too much power. but set your gains right and you'd be okay.

if you're gonna spend the loot on such a nice amp, buy a sub that's worthy

you could easily power a much nicer driver with 1200w that would not only be louder than 2 type-e's but sound better.

i already have the amp...i get the type e's from work for like $50 and imma give them to my mom when i get another car....i already own some type r's but dont want to put them in this car i have right now...cause it says at 4 ohms the orion is like 725rms or somthin like that...

What!?!?

You have the Orion 1200, so run your amp at 1 ohm and put in the R's and you will be alot more satisfied with that.
