1st WALL - How to foam BIG 10+" gaps? how thick?

I wanna do a basic wall, going to be 2 15" AQ's. Having deisgn trouble though. This is going to be a wall BEHIND the 2nd row of seats. The box itself will be 37.5"wide X 32" high and 16" deep (havent finalized depth yet, but 16" is 10 cubes net)

1st thing - cant ruin interior/headliner

But since this box will be squeezed between the wheel wells, there is 8-10' gaps on the sides and such. How do I fill those? Id prefer foam since its quick easy n cheap. I want to seal all around with foam if possible (unless theres a better alt) and just make beauty panels as close as possible for cosmetic on the front baffle, but the real seal will be a few inches behind with whatever will work best.

My idea was that i need 2-4" thick of foam. Correct or is a little enuf

How the heck would you fill weird shaped gaps of that size?

Ya I get that, like I said Im gonna make beauty panels for the front baffle that are VERY close to the outside, but wouldnt it be best to completely seal it up. And for me instead of simply foaming behind the cracks of the beauty panel I make (unless I can foam behind, without damagin interior) Is there any way to do it. Just looking for the best way to do it thats reversable.

if you don't want to ruin the interior, I would not use foam. just build a trim panel for the front and back of wall. since the enclosure is going to be in the very back of the SUV. it wont need much sealing around the front baffle. just make it tight to the roof. etc.
