i thought that too, but idk if the back spacing would work.

question: do you just have to hot glue the dowels in place and work from there or do you need to glass the dowels for extra support?

question: i got the fleece pulled and glassed (pics in about 1 hour) now i cut the excess fleece down to about 2 extra inches hanging off the box, now do i glass all of the excess fleece down to the box, or do i just leave the stray edges, i need to get some more fiberglass to cover it all again to make it stronger.

I do something similar myself. I Leave those edges unresined. Once you finish coating the outside well. Cut out the sub holes so you can pour some resin inside along all the seams. Looks like you will have enough room to lay mat on the inside pretty easily. Be sure to get several layers in the corners formed by the fleece and your previous glass mold. This will seal the two together. Once you have done this. You can go back and trim the excess fleece flush with your mold edges. And everything will remain sealed. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
