intially your suppose to get those air bubbles out before it dries, so your not faced with them once their hard. To get them out, i usually take a load of resin/hard and apply to the area, or i slightly tear apart the air bubble and flaten it back down with resin/hard. If you have dried air bubbles, cut them out and reapply a layer or 2 depending, onto the air bubble area

how do u get rid of air bubbles with out a roller?

use a bristle tip brush. It works wonders.

good idea, im puttin on 1 more layer for a total of 4, then im gonna remove the tape and post some pics.

okay, so i got the tape off and put it back into the car, and its perfect, now i have my fleece and more mat/resin, but i dont have the rings yet! how hard are they to make? they will be for 2 12" MTX 5500's i think. i'll put pics on later 2nite.

does a router work the same as a roto-zip just like push it down from the top. ill just borrow my schools roto zip for the night, i've heard alot of good things about it. seems little and easy to use.

question. got it cut, got the rings done, nicely with the dremel and circle attachment.

Question: Now when i put the dowels in to hold the rings, once i stretch the fleece over the rings and glass it do i remove the dowels??

you can, i've seen some people just leave them in there, but for ported fb boxes, it might mess up the displacement a little. but after you strectch the fabric and have a layer of resin over it, i'd say itd be safe to take them out.
