1998 chevy suburban 2500 high output alternator

Hey guys im new here and am trying to get into higher output amps and subs and wanted to see if anyone has a recommendation for a high output alternator for my truck i have a 2 wire 124 amp alt right now and know its not enough for jack **** lol. Thanks again.

The company DC alternators for the 5.7L suburban (which I believe is yours) only has the 370A model which is expensive.

Singer alternator is a good choice but since it's a 1 man operation you have to email him directly and patiently wait for a quote. His alts are made specifically for car audio https://www.singeralternators.com/ (messaging him on facebook is probably faster as well)

Singer is great (i've ran 2 of his alts with no issues). The mechman I posted list the 7.4L sierra as working with it so yours should since it's the same engine (7.4L L29 454).

When they list that a specific alternator works for a ton of different cars it's not them just guessing, it means GMC/Chevy used simliar mounting/casing for all of those models intentionally

Batties Plus which is brick n motar has multiple locations in Vegas. There X2Power series batteries they sell are re-badged NorthStar AGM batteries which are super high quality.

Check into JS Alternators, Brand X, Ohio Generator, Mechman, Singer, those are all good legit brands that will have an alt for your application. XS Power is a battery Co. They don't sell alts, per say. But are kinda partnered up with Mechman ....
