I was going with 2 db electric 250 amp alts in my 94 explorer but after thinking about wiring and making a custom bracket I decided just to buy a dc 320 amp alt. I was told it will be good for 8500 watts with my 6 9a31 batts and my 1 9a34 batt. Same cost as the double alts but alot less headache!
