Help me out guys. I have the interior of my 67' Firebird completely gutted out. I'm laying some soundproofing, but my question deals with the radio. The car still has the original AM Radio leading to one speaker in the rear (yes, I can hear the laughing). I want to keep the original face of the radio, but with the Ipod interfaces being sold now, I really just want to be able to hook it up to my Iphone (it gets local FM stations, so I don't need an FM radio). Unfortunately, all the Ipod interfaces I've seen say that you must have a CD component, or FM to use the Ipod. I really don't want to buy a brand new radio just so I can get Ipod interface. Can't I somehow hook up my lame AM radio to an Ipod interface system that will work?
