No that is not the story. The story is, Grizz thought it would be retarded to have a 12,000 watt amp and a 15,000 watt amp. He complained nagged the owner to not do it. Problem is, they were already on order. So what the owner wanted to do was just put them out under the PPI name. Again Grizz stepped in and pleated with him to not put a SPL orientated amp out under the PPI name. He believes that PPI should be focused on high end equipment not SPL orientated stuff. So what he was able to do is just offer the Soundstream 12k's to competitors re badged as 10K PPI's they are never going to be sold to the public. Close to 50 of the 100 are already gone or spoken for. They are cool looking tho. I might of missed this, but what is rated power on 14.4v and lowest impedance they'll run daily?
