Same for me, I head to lean up underneath the dash on the drivers side. I was attempting to drill out a hole at like a 45 degree angle, which is next to impossible especially without a punch. Well I found a small dented spot in the firewall, so I was able to get the bit to grab, as soon as the bit made it through the hole saw just ripped the ***** apart.
But then I had to have another hole next to it for the other run of 1/0. But there was no other small dents in the firewall to drill on. I basically just stuck the bit of the hole saw in the existing hole, pushed it to the top and let that ***** bite a little bit and it ripped right through.

Didnt turn out how I expected because I wanted to have two purdy holes with grommets but it ended up working out okay. I dont think it will have any problems, its caulked all to hell and the wires arent going anywhere. Zip tied and sealed up tight //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Hell yeah man. Gotta go what you gotta go to get the job done.

Another update, I finished up the wiring under the hood, big 3, added the alt. Now Im just waiting on a back window seal gettin installed this weekend and I can start the build officially //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Havin some issues with the car, Im not sure if its leaking oil or burning oil. Im leaning towards leaking but Im not sure where from. I changed the oil 1,000 miles ago, and it already got to the point where the dipstick wouldnt even register. I threw a quart in it, and Ill toss another quart in wednesday. Its goin to the shop friday night and will stay there over the weekend to have the rear window seal put in and now this oil leak checked out.

Its got a brand new motor in it but I know the oil pan had some issues so hopefully its something simple.

This yellow-top to be exact, its currently sittin in my tbird unhooked. Just waitin to build the enclosure so I can make a little battery tray to screw to the side of it.

I was going to buy a redtop for under the hood since the local napa had em for 79 bucks, but the brand new interstate that I have is a monster and theres no reason to fix somethin that aint broke imo.

The only other things I have to do as far as wiring, is throw in the fuse block under the hood, and run a small lead to the batt, throw in a few zip ties. Then wire the batt in the trunk, run my rcas and speaker wire and that should be it. Most of which I cant do until I actually have the enclosure built, but I still need to run the rcas and speak wires so I can put in my front stage.

Its gonna be atleast 2 weeks. Id give it a month till its completely together. School and Work, leaving me just weekends and a day or two during the week to work on it.

The biggest killer thus far has been the weather, but luckily its starting to warm up a bit so I can get crackin on it.

Just finished up a drawing of what the enclosure should look like. Uploading now.....

I'm going to have at least 4 baffles total on the front of the enclosure including the beauty panels. This isn't a finished drawing but its pretty close. It should be that same size with relatively the same size port.

As of right now its 9.7 cube tuned to 32hz with 110sq in of port. Should be right at 8 cube after displacement.

All input is appreciated, both positive and of coarse negative //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
