would one of these in a sealed box liek 1.6 cube feet and a hifonics 1500 or nine.1 be louder then my current setup 2 12 inch jl audio w0's and a kicer 500.2?

how much nicer would the 16Ov.2 be and anyone got any thoughts or info about the 16Ov.2"s?

Yes, it is capable of getting louder, given an amp of that size.

The pair of 12w0's displaces around 1.8L. The single 16Ov2 is capable of displacing about 3L.

So, the 16Ov2 should be able to produce about 4dB more linear output than the 12w0's given the same alignment and adequate power.
