1600+rms amp?

what is a good amp to power an XXX with, i need at least 1500-1600rms but i can have one with some more but not any humongo amps because it will kill my electrical more than i need

i found an alphasonik amp that puts out 2000 rms for 400$ at 1 ohm

oh yea it has to be 1ohm stable

Alphasoniks are supposedly well overrated, so I doubt it will put out anywhere near that much.

both of those amps should work. I've heard ppl say Hifonics is slightly overrated, but never really heard of reliability issues. Also I noticed theres an hours meter on the alphasonik, does that just meter how long the amp has been on? A Kw/h meter would be usefull on an amp for resale purposes...

dats a little much for me, i can get a new amp that puts out 2000 for 399 but im sure tha D5 is nicer though

its probably higher quality.. but just keep it in mind...
