i was searching around and i saw a thread from this forum that said this amp was the same as the mtx 1501D and that they had the same board as well as st1500d and mtx8100d. the mod is to remove the compression/protection circuit to get more out of it. my question is is the chip on the 16 mc1500d labeled q240 also? q240 is the chip your supposed to remove.
