no sir it just means something was wrong with it very minor that it didnt pass qc so it wont be sold as a new unit it gets stamped 2nd these are new never used just no warranty as they didnt pass qc the issue is usually cosmetic and us as customers would never know the issue..feel free to ask all the others i sold these to they work great..
