so far we have got his DD 9515 doing a 156.2 ,and its asking for more.so yes it can be done . and will be done soon as he upgrades his amps.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

Your going to want a sub that can take a crap load of power(Cactus Sounds,DD,BTL,MT, etc) Take said 15" and build many different boxes and designs that will fit into your car with many different tunings. Maybe even experiment with boxes that can have tuneable ports. And then Give said woofer as much power as you can get for Street C. With enough testing inside of a rex you should be able to get 157.

Theres a old *** civic that has a 9515 doin 17X.X,The single 18" btl doin 170.x and the king DD9918 doin 177.x
are you guys seriouss?????

than how come people put 12 -16 12"subwoofer to reach these numbers when one sub can do it??

btw how many rms people use normally to reach those kind of db??

To get loud: Lots of cone area and power, or clever application of acoustical and electrical physics, or both.

The second is for those awesome single woofer installs. The first is for showing off. The third is when you really get serious.

EDIT: My opinion only.

If ur doing street class and u only have 1 15 u would be in Street B. Plus U can only use 2 amps max, and I dont think u can have more than 1 battery (the one under the hood)
Hi i have two batterys so im in Street c you know what guys on the uk forums are like. The guys on there say if they can't do it then no one can do it and they think it can't be done but you guys say it can be so thats very cool i will do lots of testing now and show them. They said my golf would not do a 160 but i did a 161 + and they was not happy about it.

1 4 inch woofer in a mini hummer did 153 right? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I support ya, with the amps u make im sure u wont lack power that way.
