if 1200 isn't enough for you then you need like 1800watts to really notice a difference .... but i don't know how much an sx can take daily

I plan to upgrade the speaker later on, maybe run two 15's. I'd like to just get something with enough power so that later on I can get something different that can take more power.

well then your gonna have to find an amp that can run at 1/2 ohm to run 2 of them. people say the orion 2500 can but i don't know

No I mean complete changing out the subs, not adding in another dual 2 sub. Just something that handles close to 2000wrms.

treo ssx 1500.1 will put out 1500 at 4 ohms and will go down to .25 ohms :dunno:

but im only looking for cash and right around 450 for it

strap 2 1200d's together!!!!!

in my testing last season 4 orion 1200d's were 1.3db louder than 2 2500d's

and they can be strapped at 1ohm~~
