1500+ RMS amps that are .5 ohm stable?

what are the best amps that can go down to .5 ohms?? I've never learned about this but do all amps wanting to go below 1 ohm have to be modded? and if so how much more is it to mod the amp

There are actually quite a few that will run .5 for daily. Even more for a burp. Problem is, the majority of the time you lose warranty coverage.

I've ran my hk401sx at .5 .never had a problem and they put out 1800 rms overated and 1500 real power. only thing is u better have the power to back it up

hell yeah, im definatly going to upgrade my electrical before I think about upgrading my setup now... I was just getting imputs on the most efficeint ones, I like the SAZ1500d personally

stetsom amps can be ran down to .5 for burps...I have even seen them at ,25 for burps

sundown is a great choice then. make sure u have good ventilation. use fans if needed, and u have a good electrical.

What the hell? Do you mean that they are over rater but can put out 1500 watts of real power?
