I would imagine SSA would want to meet or beat the competitor's deliver time when it comes to a thousand dollar order. I guess they don't or cant.

Sure in a perfect world, but in the reality of advanced, made in the USA to order sub woofers, being the fastest to ship out is not a possibility. A few extra days is worth it for the end product, plenty of people will agree. I have said countless times in email when trying to explain this to people, we could either drastically raise prices to improve build house speed a little, or just have a few extra days build time allotted. Since most American customers can only see initial price, it does not give us the option.
