i know but its also a money thing, the audiopipe and the hifonics can be had for 220 new, where as i don't think i've ever seen a saz1500 or an aq2200 for less than 300, trust me i know they are better quality amps, but money is also a factor.

seriously do your self a favor and save up for a better amp...it will bite you in the *** otherwise.....ask around for a used amp too

The lows are beautiful as I listen to a bunch of rap. No meters, but in the same car my old w7 12 was doing low 40s, and this is a good bit louder. I'm in the process now of building an 18, so if you want I'll give you a great deal on the 15.

Lots of Alphas go on here in the $200-$275 range (even saw one for $170shipped)...Just check around...I promise you, you wont be sorry

saw that too ;-) had no idea they would take 2k watts tho, 15" alpha on a saz1500 sounds like an animal, that ssx sounds like a beast too, ima keep my eyes open, i know what im looking for

SSI and SSX do great in small boxes daily also if that is an issue. Most Treos do almost 2/3 over rec. power.

actually... the 9.25"mounting depth of the ssi 18.22 is looking really appealing

not to mention the fact that it graphs GREAT in 5cubes @32hz, F3 around 28hz, with a 3db gain at 37hz.

i see you have an rls 12, don't the rlp's get fairly loud, really low, sound great and take 1000w?

I have not heard the RL-P but it is a nice sub. I looked into getting one when I was looking for my Mag but I decided against it. As bonesninja pointed out, I would not give it much more than 1k daily.

It is exactly what your looking for, I had it running off 1200 from my sundown, and it took it like a champ. It could have handled probably 1400 on a tone, but I wanted to play it safe.

I sold mine for 250+shipping...but it was gone in 2 mins. It went fast.
