15" L7 and small ported box=?

i have my 15" L7 in a 4.5cu.ft ported box and i like how low it gets,but i wish i had more space in my truck.i was thinking of building a ported box aroung 3cu.ft.do you guys think it will still get pretty loud and low in a 3cu.ft ported box?

may not get as low but it should still get pretty loud. I have a buddy who had his l7 in a 3.2 cu.ft box and it still wanged.
