15" HC worth it?

Im still trying to get me a 15" HC, 255 shipped? I take it thats pretty good? Am i gonna be pleased with this sub? Well worth the money?

You may be happy. I have a 12" and its ok. I thought it was great until the tinsel lead came off after a week. Only giving the thing 730 watts rms in a 3 cu ft box. It sounds great but I wonder what would happen if I gave it 1200 watts rms. Just when I get the thing broken in, the dang tinsel lead pops off.

i have seen one take 1.5kw for over 25min straight with not a single problem. well that is until my idiot buddy tripped over his coke can on the groun and fell on the cone denting the dustcap in.

ummm as said before about 1000 times everything is INSTALL INSTALL INSTALL. too many factors to determine SPL you should know that. but i will say it's possible.
