i remember ID, ED, RE, were all considered forum boners at one time. hell even on sound domain way back before i joined this forum i couldnt go into a thread without the mention of the ID Max (i almost bought one back when i didnt know a lick about audio, when i was still looking at some round kicker subs that i dont remember the models of)

Just out of curiosity.... Why is it i always see people using the "FS Spec" on a sub to determine how Low a sub will play??? Or if it's TS'd for SQ OR SPL????

depending on power like mentioned the Aq can get louder. I personally would keep the Mag, customed tooled parted. The Aq's cone,Magnet,basket seem to be used by many companies now. Not saying they're all the same subs but the design is all over the place.The Mag may use the same basket but atleast and cone but atleast the motor(being chrome) stands apart a little.

edit: besides the Mag gets plenty loud. From i've heard that two 12's with roughly 2500 watts hit over 150db, that seems plenty loud enough for most. Of course install is everything

yeah before i was kinda scared to turn up my gains more cause of my volts dropping below 13.5 but yesterday i wanted to hear how loud it would get and i doubled the gains and got that little tingly feeling in my ear //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i remember when i got that tingly feeling with my RL-P's and did mid 140's
