what would be louder a 15" Brahma or a 13.5" W7 Everyone is always sayin that it depends on the install well compare these as if ever was the same for both subs like the same 1000 watt amp and the same kind of car and wires and a ported box and so on

You can't just give a blanket statement like "everything is the same"....each has sub performs differently in terms of box size and tuning frequency.....

All you need to do is flip a coin, both are amazing drivers, and neither, in my opinion, is superior to the other in any aspect.
