lol people keep sayin about port area. its 77 sq inch's....... it only asks for 74 sq inchs of port area on the TS. i was gonna do around 100 but i changed my mind and did this. and its working for me. im not complaining

Try bracing the top to the bottom with a long threaded rod(as to not take up much space), add a nut on the inside with a large washer and one on the outside. Do the same with the other end of the rod. No what i mean?

lol i know how to use threaded rod. i used it on my last box. this time i just added a board on the baffel to reduce flex.

yes i resined the whole inside of the box. put the box on its corners and poured resin into the corners then it cracks then u just add a layer over the top of that and ur done.
