13Ov.2 or SS Exact 12...?

i have a 13Ov.2 and i am thinking about buying an SS Exact 12, but i dont know which will be better. any suggestions on whether this is a good trade or not??

it will be in a 2 cube @ 29Hz box with 400wrms to it.

please dont factor in the supposed poor customer service at eD (never had any experience with them) or any other hatreds towards eD, i want to know only how the two subs will compare..

this is a quick decision so i need some help ASAP please....thanks.

Do you want more SPL or SQ? Both?

more towards SQ but i still want an SQL mix, i guess like a 60/40 ratio of SQ to SQL....haha
