heres my question, i bought a 15" l5, and build a 3.5 ported box from moe lester plans, and its pretty big, but my question is if i was too build a sealed one, will the difference in power be noticable, to almost sound as good how big should it be?? any ideas? need help? or hould i juss stick to the ported one??

thanks

You want a smaller enclosure ? Want to know what the smaller enclosure will sound like ? Tell you what I would do. Takes some bricks or pieces of lumber. Pretty much anything dense to take up airspace in the enclosure. Keep track of the volume your adding ( subtract of internal volume )removing while doing this. Plug your port temporarily and add some of the bricks or whatever. See how it sounds to your ears in a now smaller ( added the bricks ) sealed ( plugged the port ) enclosure. Then you can answer your own question. If you like the sound of the smaller sealed enclosure. Use the final cuft you came up with, and build it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
