12w3v2 sealed or ported 4 sq

i have 2 12" w3v2s and im going to build a box for them....

i want to get like sq 75% spl 25%

will i get better sq with a sealed box or a ported box

also if i make a ported box around what frequency....35??? or less like 30???

any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

i have my 2 12w3s ported, and they maintian great sq, while getting fairly loud, id say port them, jl is known for sq, porting will just let them be loud, too.
