Most JL's are geared more towards SQ. The W7's are a good mix of both sq and very capable spl. Am running 3 12W3's, haven't had it metered as of yet, but figuring 140's. Just my .02, I'm sure others may have a different opinion,

good allaround SQL sub. it will get nicely loud and still sound good.

go listen to one at a store and see if u like it

it has good sql, and it can also bump with right amount of power. i had a 1k watts on some one time and it really got down.
