1200.1 mono block vs 400.1 mono block for 15" solobaric?

Got a 15" kicker solobaric believe it's a 750w rms? I have a kicker 400 rms monoblock and a kicker 1200w Rms monoblock. Question is which one would be better to use to power the speaker? It's all kicker stuff n the wiring to the speaker would be 8 ga. wire any suggestions plz?!

well, if you set the gain correctly and wire the sub correctly the 1200.1 is the better choice. what impedance is the sub? (ohms)

I believe it's a 4 ohm? I want to go with the 1200.1 the only problem with switching it was the weather where I'm at but I suppose if I'm going to sit n hook up my sub I might as well do it somewhere I can put the amp in also i just wanted to connect the sub quick to the amp thats being used now (400.1) for the winter good idea or no?
