thought about getting the w7 then maybe someday getting another one but ive heard people say the w6 is almost as loud and sounds better?

true the w6 is almost as loud but def a noticeable dif,, w5 creams w7 on sq, ive fully tested that, the 2 12 w6 will be very loud louder then 1 12 w7 but for a spl comp ud be better with the single 12 . becasue the 2 12w6=1 12 w7

def 2 JL W6s....

Will have a smoother SQ and should be able to get louder than the JLw7

a lot of reviews and ppl have said that the w6 is a much better sounding subwoofer

what type of sound are you looking for? something more sq oriented or sql oriented? Personally I would go with 2 W6s. W6 has great sq and since you will be running 2 subs it has the ability to get pretty loud.
