12 volt constant wire.

I am installing a HU for a friend and have this question.

I don't have a 12 volt constant wire coming from the car I am working with, so where can I attach the yellow (constant wire) too?

Fuse box? Maybe the headlight fuse because it is getting power all the time.

fuse box, or run a new wire from the battery with a fuse straight to the H/U

I'll just run it to the fuse box and connect it to the headlight fuse....

if your at the fuse box you might as well just use a foot more wire and connect it to the positive battery post.

I would but seeing as it is not my car and I don't know if my friend has money for a fuse holder, to the fuse box seems the most economical way for this.

If he chooses to buy an inline fuse I will gladly run it to thew battery.
