2 totally different subs,xxx is sound quality,l7 more for spl.so no comparison.

xxx12 owns a 12 L7.....shit in the RIGHT install 1 xxx12 can still get louder and sound better than 2 L7 12's BUT THATS A STRETCH, however it is install dependant and is possible

xxx is beefier....and better IMO

Ive had both, if you dont have the power for it pass on the XXX and get a L7, but if you have money i like the overall sound of a XXX over a L7

In my setup it sounded better

Trunk setup with 3cube box for both, ran the L7 off a hifonics 1500

XXX off the Hifonics then later an orion 2500d
