I used this in my HT setup for awhile. Gets LOW in a sealed box. TC9+ motor with copper shorting ring from an Eclipse sw8000, 12" Axis basket, single med 10" spider with sewn in flat leads, S3 ohm aluminum roundwound LMS coil, DD erom cone assembly and full cover poly cap with a slight texture and dome. Rated 800-1000 rms. Ideal box would be 2-3cu sealed. Its whole life its only been powered by 300w. About 6mo old for rebuild. In the last pic i used a piece of tape on the cap to show you how much it moves. About a good 3" p to p. And makes absolutely no mechanical noise till after xmax.

No ported. sealed or 4th order only. If you have the space, 3cu sealed/2cu@36 in a 4th order would be sick! flat response from 20hz to 81hz. Thats just basic. If i played around with specs im sure i could get it down to a smaller box with just as good response.

What oem do you have and what size? May be able to work out a bit of a trade.
