12" orion XTR or should I get something else?

Hi, I have a xtr 12" subwoofer rated at 250wrms. I am just wondering how these sounded to you? I am not looking for SPL, but I dont want it to be quiet either I want it to sound tight and smooth plus fairly loud. The amp that will be powering it is an mtx rt2100x that has been tested to put out 245 wrms into 1 at 4 ohms tested at 13.6volts. The box is a sealed 1.5cuft box. I am asking this because I have a RF 400s amp that is rated at 400wrms into 1 and was thinking of purchasing a sub that will meet what I want, if this one wouldnt. If you dont think the XTR will do what I want I will sell the sub and amp. What sub would you recommend for a 400rms amp for SQ that can play fairly loud?

Sorry I guess this all depends on what I consider loud, and such, but please give me some feedback if you think.

I would just keep it and run it. You already own it and its good equipment so as long as you're not looking for idbl head pounding bass, it will perform to your liking. P.S. The MTX will push that sub just fine. :thumbsup
