Got a 12" jl audio w7 in a sealed jl pro wedge box. It has two pin size holes in the sub surround but it has worked awesome for me the hour i used it. You'll need more proof than your phone number.. Try taking a pic of the sub with a piece of paper by it with your name on it.

ok first off the camera i got for christmas havnt set the date on it second off the two holes were from the time i had it i don't know where exactly they came from but they happened while in my possesion heres some more pictures in my jeep.
