12" infinity kappa perfects

i recently just bought my 3rd 12"infinity kappa perfect dual 4 ohm voice coils subwoofer. and i have a sealed box, cant give u the dimensions never measured, but i need to get a more powerful amp but i was just wondering, would they be louder in a ported or my current sealed inclosure, i have a 300zx so the subs sit rite behind the seats pretty much, no trunk..thank for the opinions.

these things are safe on 500 watts rms each i'd say, probably more.

i've only heard sealed and they bump really nice, the sq is pretty good. i wouldn't want to port these, but it's your call.

we cant really answer ur question, since we dont know the size of ur box right now. U have a sealed box thats perfect for the subs right now, and can end up getting a ported box thats not right for the subs. Than it wouldnt sound better. IT all depends on ur setup right now.
