No problem. I designed my own box but then got a new one. Measure a length of thin string about 1/8 inch longer than half of what your sub cutout requires( hence the radius), tie string to a nail, put the nail where you want the center of the hole, tie other end of string to a pen or pencil and trace around the nail with string extended like a compass. When you are done you will have a big circle the size of your cutout hole. Have fun!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The string method works well, or use a real compass if you have one (it's a drafting tool).

I cut the holes using a medium tooth blade on a sabre saw, but the best method is to use a circle jig and a plunge router with a 1/4-inch straight bit. Some routers come with the jig, or you can get them at woodworking stores.

Depends on how handy you are, what tools you have, and how professional you want the result to be. In a pinch you could even cut the holes with a small, pointed hand saw called a "keyhole" saw... they're cheap. But be prepared for nasty tear-out.
