I just cracked up.

I'm powernig mine with a Hifonics 1606d. It get's loud.

You need to (subsonic filter) High Pass your amp at around 30Hz, if you send

it 15 or 20 and up, you'll be wasting power and could hurt the speaker.

Your bl will still get low and sound great.

Your correct.

Do not send a signal to the sub from the amp below the tuning frequency of the

box. Actually, you can subsonic at 30 rather than 32 (box tune) and still be okay.

I would not go much less than 30. In the same box, the q would not go any

lower. Q's are often installed sealed, in a sealed application, the Q will get lower

than your bl in a ported enclosure. But your bl will be louder than a sealed 12" q.
