12" Eclipse 8200 vs 12" Eclipse 7000 ... Major differences in sound??

I realize each of these 2 woofers have different mechanical designs, I was just wondering if anyone has compared the 2 together? Or if anyone could offer me info on either sub, it would be appreciated ... Is one more sq/spl based? The 8200 is SVC 4 ohm and the 7000 is DVC 4 ohm ... so I could throw more power at the 7000 with my amp (kicker zx1000.1) ... By doing that, will that give the 7000 the edge?thanks!
