I know this is off the subject but what would be better in sq and spl 2 twelves alpine type r or 2 twelves kicker comp vr

The biggest mistake people make with comp vr's is giving them too much space, and I'm one of them. I wish I would have put them in 1.0cu ft each enclosure (sealed). what size box should you use for them? i was also thnkin about maybe gettin 3 12" cvr's. should i get the dual 4 or 2 ohms? i want to wire them to 1ohm

ported - 2-2.5 cubes each/35hz tune/20-25" of port each

sealed - 1.25-1.5 cubes each
