12" Atlas wiring Q

i bought an atlas and its supposed to be svc 4 but theirs 2 pairs of terminals. It this the way you adjust the qts or whatever

iirc 1 coil is 8 ohm for HT use and the other is 4 ohm for car audio use

the guy i bought it from had the pos and neg of the other terminals attached together should i leave it that way

what? that doesnt sound right. I thought the other set was for variable qts....

^^^thats what I remember them being for. You could change the params by using either one or both sets of coils.

Ya seriously never EVER heard of 8ohm 4ohm coils.
