If you dont have atleast 1500 on tap, then dont even consider the elite, unless your looking for a sq install1000 will work fine for that.

On the other hand if your looking to make this woofer loud, then give pg a call, and see about the spl cone for it. Dont expect much sq from it though with the spl cone. I believe moe took home a few first place trophies with 4 elites, each with 2 tantrum 1200.1s on them.

yea I have heard of this one guy that has them in like 1.35 cubes each on a 2500D i think. With that power they pound pretty loud.

The spl cone is $199, which is the same as the standard cone replacement. I may talk to errin to see if he can get the price a bit lower. Is this something your interested in?
