12' 300 watts RMS sub under $90

I am planning a budget system. I am looking for some decent 12's I can put into my car. The amp I'll be using is an Audiopipe Mini 1000 watt amp running at 600 watts at 2 ohms.

I'm looking for a sub that can handle 300 watts RMS daily for bump sessions.

gat a pair of these tuned to 33hz and call it a day. there are plenty of amps that will put out power at 1 ohm. Hifonics HFX12D4 (HFX12-D4) 12" Dual 4 ohm Car Subwoofer

Now. I am leaning towards the Infinity subs, only because I know that they make phenominal speakers, my home theater uses Full range Infinity speakers, and the bass was amazing, let alone the SQ. I want SQ before SPL, but SPL is also a major part. I wanna be loud, but not at the expense of not being able to cleanly hit the low notes. These subs listed are quite below the $90 budget per sub, so I'm pretty sure there are other probably better options out there. What else is there? I want Clean Sound, loud bass, decent lows, I know what to expect from 9 buck subs in terms of the lows.
